The Rkgg Affiliate Program is a performance-based partnership that compensates partners for driving qualified players to Rkgg's online gambling offering. This program applies to affiliates who meet eligibility requirements and comply with the terms herein.

How It Works

  1. Register: Create a partner account by submitting accurate information. Eligibility requires 18+ and compliance with applicable laws. Upon approval, you gain access to marketing materials and tracking.
  2. Promote: Use approved banners, text links, and landing pages to drive traffic. You may not engage in prohibited promotions or misrepresent offers.
  3. Earn: You earn recurring commissions based on the net revenue generated by players you refer. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on a defined schedule.

Commission Structure

Commission is calculated on net revenue generated by referred players over the attribution period. Net revenue is defined as gross revenue from wagering by referred players minus player bonuses paid by Rkgg, minus chargebacks, refunds, and any fees retained by payment processors. The program uses a tiered rates system that rewards performance as monthly net revenue crosses thresholds, as follows:

  1. Tier thresholds and rates:
    • 0–4,999 EUR: 20%
    • 5,000–19,999 EUR: 25%
    • 20,000–49,999 EUR: 30%
    • 50,000+ EUR: 35%

In all cases, commissions are calculated monthly and paid for all qualifying referred players whose activities occurred within the attribution period.

Payments and Payouts

  • Payment schedule: commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid by the 15th of the following month.
  • Payout threshold: minimum payable amount is 100 USD/EUR; amounts below threshold roll to the next period until the threshold is met.
  • Payment methods: bank transfer to a registered entity account, or a compliant e-wallet designated by Rkgg. Currency: USD or EUR as selected during registration; other currencies may be supported at Rkgg's discretion.
  • Withholdings: taxes and statutory deductions apply per local law; Rkgg will provide a consolidated statement for tax purposes when required.

Promotional Materials and Brand Use

Rkgg provides a documented suite of promotional materials, including banners, text links, landing pages, and logo assets. Affiliates must use only approved materials and follow brand guidelines. Modifications to materials are prohibited unless express written permission is granted. Landing pages and campaigns must clearly state that players are directed to Rkgg’s platform and that terms apply.

Tracking, Attribution, and Reports

Tracking is performed via an affiliate tracking system directly integrated with Rkgg. Each referred player's activity is attributed to the partner who generated the initial click. Attribution window is 30 days from first click. Partners have access to a real-time dashboard and monthly performance reports. Any discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the error discovery.

Eligibility, Compliance, and Prohibited Practices

To participate in the Rkgg Affiliate Program, applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract;
  • Not be a resident of jurisdictions where online gambling promotion is restricted, banned, or where participation is illegal for the operator's services;
  • Not engage in self-referral or traffic from botnets, fake traffic, or incentivized traffic; they must not use trademarked terms in PPC campaigns for non-compliant domains; comply with applicable advertising standards and data protection laws;
  • Not alter tracking parameters or interfere with the affiliate system; not offer non-compliant promos or bonuses to players.

Term, Termination, and Wind-Down

The affiliate agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains in force until terminated by either party with 30 days’ prior written notice. Upon termination, Rkgg will discontinue future commissions, but will remit all earned and unpaid commissions for referred players who were active prior to termination, subject to the standard payout terms. Any outstanding incentives or bonuses will be canceled on termination unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Governing Law and Disputes

The terms of this program are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rkgg operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to the affiliate relationship shall be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory arbitration if required by applicable law.
