Personal Limits

Rkgg provides Personal Limits to support responsible play. Limits can be set for deposits, losses, wagers, and session time, and can be adjusted at any time under the rules described below.

  • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you may deposit in a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period. Example ranges: Daily USD 50; Weekly USD 200; Monthly USD 500. Decreases take effect immediately; increases require confirmation via email and the previous limit must have expired before the new limit applies.
  • Loss Limits: Cap on losses within a period. The Loss Limit is calculated using your initial deposit as the reference. Example: deposit USD 50 with a Loss Limit of USD 10 restricts losses to that reference; winnings do not reset the reference.
  • Wager Limits: Maximum total amount wagered within a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period.
  • Session Limits: Maximum duration of a single playing session in minutes. When the limit is reached, you may stop the current session.

Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion

Rkgg offers Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion mechanisms to help manage risk. Cooling-off allows a temporary pause for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. During a cooling-off period, deposits are blocked and you will be excluded from promotional offers; you may withdraw remaining funds. A cooling-off period activates immediately and ends on the specified expiry date, after which access is restored automatically.

Self-Exclusion disables the account for 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months. During self-exclusion, deposits and withdrawals are blocked and promotional offers are withdrawn. Upon expiry, access is automatically restored unless you renew exclusion. Where a self-exclusion period is indefinite, balance handling will comply with a separate policy governing remaining funds; for fixed-term exclusions, remaining funds are handled in accordance with platform rules after the period ends.

Age Verification and Minor Protection

Rkgg requires all players to be at least 18 years old. The platform performs age and identity verification in accordance with applicable laws. If verification cannot be completed or if a minor is detected attempting to register, access to the site will be restricted and any winnings may be forfeited. We encourage responsible guidance and parental controls to reduce the risk of underage access.

Implementation and User Journey

  1. Log in to your Rkgg account.
  2. Navigate to Account > Personal Limits to set or adjust Deposit, Loss, Wager, and Session limits.
  3. To apply a Cooling-Off period, select the duration (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months) and confirm. During the period you cannot deposit and you will be excluded from promotions; you may withdraw funds.
  4. To initiate Self-Exclusion, choose a period (6 months, 9 months, or 12 months) and confirm. The account will be disabled for the selected duration and promotions will be withdrawn. After expiry, access will be automatically restored unless you renew exclusion.
  5. If required by policy, provide or update identity verification documents to sustain access to the site post-exclusion or post-limits.

Privacy and Data Handling

Data collected for responsible gaming controls is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel for safety, compliance, and customer support purposes. Limits and status (limits, cooling-off, self-exclusion) are applied to your account in real time and are not used for unsolicited marketing while preventive controls are active.
