1. Introduction
Rkgg's Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy governs the verification of identity, age and funding sources for all users accessing the Platform and related services. The Policy is designed to prevent identity fraud, underage gaming, money laundering and other illicit activities, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations.
2. Purposes
The primary objectives of the KYC Policy are: to verify the identity of users; to prevent fraudulent activities and financial crime; to comply with applicable law and regulatory requirements; and to support responsible gaming by ensuring players meet minimum age requirements and by enabling appropriate risk controls.
3. Risk-based approach
Rkgg applies a risk-based approach to customer due diligence in line with FATF guidance. The Company evaluates each user by criteria including geographic risk associated with the user’s residence or domicile, the potential for politically exposed persons (PEPs), and the pattern and volume of transactions. High-risk indicators trigger enhanced verification and monitoring as described in Section 9.
4. Verification triggers and general process
Verification is conducted when required by policy, including during account opening and prior to processing withdrawals, and may be performed at any time if risk indicators arise. The Company reserves the right to perform additional checks at its sole discretion and to suspend or restrict access until verification is complete.
- Identity verification: the user must provide a government-issued document that clearly shows the user’s full name, date of birth and photograph (e.g., passport, national identity card, or driver’s license). Documents must be current and legible. The Company may request a photo of the user holding the document or a secure live verification to confirm authenticity.
- Address verification: the user must provide documentation confirming residence, dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence showing the user’s name and residential address.
- Payment verification: for security, users may be required to verify payment methods by providing a front copy of the payment card (with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV redacted) or documentation confirming ownership of an alternative payment instrument (e-wallet or bank account statement).
- Age verification: the user must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. The Company may perform verification at any time; if underage is established, winnings shall be forfeited and the account closed, and deposits or withdrawals may be blocked until verification is resolved.
5. Identity verification requirements
When required, the user shall provide a clear color copy of a valid government-issued identity document. The document must display the user’s full name, date of birth and photograph. If requested, the user may be required to provide a photo of themselves holding the document, along with a verification code or participate in a live verification process to confirm identity.
6. Address verification specifics
To confirm residential address, the user shall supply documents showing the name of the account holder and the address, dated within the last three months. Acceptable documents include utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, or telephone), bank statements, or official government correspondence. The address on the document must correspond to the address on the user’s account registration data.
7. Payment verification specifics
For security and anti-fraud purposes, the user may be required to verify a payment method prior to processing deposits or withdrawals. Accepted forms include a front-facing copy of a payment card (with the first six and last four digits visible and CVV hidden) or verifiable documentation from an e-wallet or bank account indicating ownership. The name on the payment instrument must match the account holder’s name. Anonymous or untraceable payment instruments are not accepted.
8. Age verification specifics
The Platform enforces a minimum age for participation in gambling activities. If age verification indicates that the user is under the legal age, winnings will be forfeited, and the account may be closed. Deposits and withdrawals may be blocked pending completion of the verification process. The Company may conduct random checks at any time and may request additional documentation to confirm age.
9. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
High-risk users or transactions may require Enhanced Due Diligence. In such cases, the Company may request additional documentation, including but not limited to: proof of the source of funds and source of wealth; enhanced transaction monitoring; additional identity verification measures; and senior management approval for final verification decisions. Failure to provide requested information may result in restriction of services or account closure, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
10. Ongoing monitoring and suspicious activity
All user activity is subject to ongoing monitoring to identify suspicious or unusual behavior. Suspicious activity includes, but is not limited to: multiple cards or payment methods used across different agents; unusual deposit patterns; mismatches between geolocation data and account information; rapid device changes; or reluctance to complete verification. Upon detection of suspicious activity, the antifraud function will assess risk and determine appropriate action, which may include further verification, temporary restrictions, or account termination.
11. Data protection, retention, and disclosure
Rkgg processes all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation where applicable. Personal data collected for KYC purposes will be stored securely and used solely for compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities, payment providers or other third parties as required by law or to fulfill regulatory obligations. Data retention will be conducted for as long as necessary to satisfy regulatory obligations and to support ongoing compliance and audit requirements.
12. Non-compliance and account restrictions
Failure to complete KYC verification or to comply with this Policy may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure. Rkgg reserves the right to report suspicious activity to regulatory authorities and to block access to services in whole or in part in any jurisdiction where required by law.
13. Amendments and updates
This Policy may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Rkgg. The latest version will be published on the Platform, and continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Policy periodically.
14. Contact and support
For questions or assistance regarding the KYC process, please contact the Rkgg support team via the designated support channel available on the Platform. The Company will respond in accordance with its standard customer support procedures.
