Acceptance, Scope and Binding Agreement

These Terms govern all use of the Rkgg platform. By creating an account, placing wagers, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms as amended from time to time.

Definitions

  • Rkgg: the operator and its affiliates, successors, assigns and licensees.
  • Player or you: the individual who registers, accesses, or uses the Services.
  • Platform or Services: the wagering, gaming and related services provided by Rkgg via its website and applications.
  • Promotion: any bonus, offer or incentive provided by Rkgg under these Terms.
  • Withdrawal: the process of transferring winnings from the Platform to an approved payment method.

Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and legally capable of participating in online gambling where you reside. Rkgg reserves the right to request proof of age and to suspend or close accounts pending verification.

  • Single Account: Only one active account per natural person is permitted. The creation of multiple accounts may result in suspension and forfeiture of winnings derived from those accounts.
  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate personal information during registration and promptly update any changes, including name, address, email and payment details. Incomplete or misleading information may prevent withdrawals or lead to account closure.

Account Access, Security and Data Protection

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You shall immediately notify Rkgg of any suspected unauthorized use and take reasonable steps to secure your account. Rkgg shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you failed to protect your credentials.

Activation and Communications

Accounts are activated upon completion of required verification steps, including confirmation of the registered email address. If the email address is invalid or unable to receive communications, you must provide a valid address. All material communications from Rkgg will be sent to the registered address.

Use of the Platform

The Services are for personal entertainment and non‑commercial use. You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Platform to engage in illegal activities or to circumvent restrictions. Each game or service has its own rules, which you acknowledge and accept by participation.

Deposits, Payments and Currency

Deposits and wagers are processed via approved payment methods. Identity verification may be required for security and anti‑fraud purposes. Winnings are credited to your Platform balance in the currency of your deposit unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all payments and for any chargebacks or reversals. Rkgg may suspend services for suspicious or non‑compliant payments and reserves the right to reverse or deny payments where appropriate.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

Promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions. General rules:

  • Eligibility: Only Real Money accounts are eligible for Promotions; only one Real Money account per player is permitted.
  • Wagering Requirements: Bonuses carry explicit wagering requirements. A typical framework may require wagering the sum of the deposit and bonus amounts multiplied by the stated factor before any withdrawal is permitted. Example: a 100% bonus with a 30x playthrough requires wagering 200.00 before cashing out (100.00 deposit + 100.00 bonus) × 30 = 6,000.00.
  • Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward turnover; consult the specific promotion terms for details.
  • Time Limits: Bonuses and related wagering expire after the specified period; unutilized bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.
  • Abuse and Forfeiture: Any manipulation or abuse of Promotions may lead to suspension or termination of participation and confiscation of bonuses and winnings.
  • Modification: Rkgg reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw Promotions at any time.

Playthrough, Turnover and Withdrawals

Playthrough is the aggregate of eligible deposits and bonus amounts, multiplied by the promotion’s playthrough factor. Withdrawals may not be processed until the playthrough requirement is satisfied. Where a promotion caps winnings or imposes maximum withdrawal limits, those terms will control. Non‑compliance may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

Verification and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may require verification of identity, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Withdrawals are processed in the same currency as the original deposit unless otherwise stated. Rkgg may impose withdrawal limits and processing times in line with payment providers and applicable regulatory requirements.

Regional Restrictions and Jurisdiction

Participation is restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws. Rkgg reserves the right to restrict access or terminate accounts to comply with legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming

  • Tools: Self‑Exclude, Take a Break and Deposit Limits are available in My Profile to help manage play.
  • Self‑Exclusion: Permanent and non‑reversible once activated. Attempts to bypass may trigger immediate suspension and confiscation of balances.
  • Take a Break: Players may set a break period for specified durations.
  • Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly limits may be set; reductions take effect immediately; increases or removals may take up to 24 hours to implement.

Account Closure and Dormancy

You may request indefinite closure of your account at any time. Upon closure, the account is disabled and inaccessible. Reopening requires submitting a request from your registered email address. Rkgg reserves the right to accept or reject such requests at its discretion. Inactivity rules: a non‑funded dormant account for 90 days or a funded dormant account for 180 days may result in forfeiture of remaining balances, subject to reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email.

Dispute Resolution

For complaints, you may submit a formal complaint via the platform’s Complaint Submission process. Rkgg aims to acknowledge complaints within 2–7 business days. ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) is available through a designated provider; ADR decisions are non‑binding unless both parties agree otherwise. You may pursue litigation or regulatory remedies in accordance with applicable law, and engaging in ADR does not bar seeking court relief when permitted by law.

Malfunctions and Service Interruptions

Malfunctions or interruptions affecting the Platform or user equipment void all pays and plays. Rkgg may suspend or restrict services for maintenance or security reasons. In disputes, the Company’s decision is final subject to applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rkgg and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services, including reasonable legal costs on an indemnity basis.

Liability and Limitations of Liability

Rkgg’s liability to you for losses arising from these Terms or the use of the Services is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. Rkgg does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error‑free operation. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for all equipment, network connections and data usage used to access the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content, software and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Rkgg. You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Platform solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Amendments

Rkgg may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes may be posted on the Platform with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. It remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Rkgg operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts or through regulators as permitted by law, subject to any arbitration provisions where applicable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rkgg regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral.
