General Betting Rules
The following rules govern all wagers placed on the Rkgg platform. They are construed together with the site's Terms and Conditions. Where sport-specific rules exist, they take precedence over the general provisions.
- Bet acceptance and timing: Bets are accepted online through the designated wagering interface. Live bets may be accepted during an event. Bets placed before the start of an event stand until the event commences unless the market specifies otherwise. Bets that are inadvertently accepted on an event after its advertised or actual start time shall be treated as non-runners unless they are Live bets.
- Odds and price accuracy: Rkgg may correct obvious pricing errors. If a price error materially affects expected value, Rkgg may void the affected bet or offer a revised price for settlement. Decimal odds apply to all settlements regardless of the odds display format.
- Official results and verification: Settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. If the official result is not published, Rkgg may settle using reputable data sources at its discretion. If results are inconsistent or unverifiable, bets may be voided or suspended pending verification.
- Fraud, integrity, and conduct: Rkgg reserves the right to suspend settlement and/or void bets and withhold payment where there is evidence of fraud or integrity concerns related to an event or its participants. Such investigations may involve relevant authorities.
- Cancellation and modification: Customers cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been placed and confirmed, except as expressly permitted by these rules. Correcting or resettling bets may occur within a defined window after final results are known.
- Settlement currency and format: All settlements are in decimal odds and expressed in the platform’s standard currency. Bets deemed void or refunded will be settled accordingly.
- Live betting dynamics: Live odds update in real time to reflect the evolving state of play. Bets on live markets are settled on the results immediately after the event, using official data or, where specified, Rkgg’s internal statistics if official data is not available.
Bets and Bet Types
Rkgg offers a range of wager types described below. Each bet type is described with its criteria for winning, common examples, and settlement principles. Where a bet type interacts with a market’s timing (pre-match vs. live), the applicable rules are stated in the market description.
- Single bet: A wager on the outcome of a single event. The win equals the stake multiplied by the listed odds for that outcome.
- Multiple (accumulator): A bet on two or more unrelated events. All selections must win for a payout. The total payout is the product of the individual odds and the stake.
- System bet: A bundle of multiple bets of the same size across a defined number of outcomes. Payouts arise from the combinations that win; each constituent bet pays separately according to its odds. The sum of constituent payouts forms the system payout.
- Conditional bet: A chain where the main part is paid first; subsequent parts are settled from winnings of the main part. If the main part loses, the conditional bets are void.
- Line integrity: Bets involving events that are related to the same match shall be treated as invalid if included in multiple or system bets in a way that violates the line’s independence. In such cases, the bet is refunded.
Settlement and Verification
Settlement hinges on verified official results or, where applicable, deemed reliable data as determined by Rkgg. The following rules apply unless a market explicitly states otherwise:
- Official result basis: Where possible, the official result published by the governing body is the basis for settlement. If the official result is unavailable, Rkgg may settle using alternative credible sources.
- Post-event corrections: If an event’s result is subsequently amended by the governing body, Rkgg may adjust settlements accordingly within a reasonable period after the official amendment is announced.
- Discrepancies and errors: Any market settled on an incorrect result or price may be re-settled within 48 hours, and payouts may be reclaimed where appropriate.
- Data delays and liability: Onsite data (including scoreboards and in-event statistics) is for guidance only; settlement is not based on live onsite data. Rkgg bears no liability for delays in data feeds.
Abandonments, Postponements, and Void Bets
Standard rules apply to events that are abandoned, postponed, or altered. Unless stated otherwise for a particular market:
- Postponements: If a match is postponed or abandoned, open bets may stand if the event resumes and completes within 48 hours of the original scheduled finish time with an official result. If not resumed within 48 hours, such bets may be void unless an official result has been declared.
- Venue or lineup changes: If the event is moved to a different venue or if the homes/away designations are reversed, bets on the event may be void.
- Incomplete events: If the event is not completed or the listed format is not followed, unsettled markets may be voided.
Sport-Specific Rules
The following rules apply in addition to the General Rules, and prevail in cases of conflict with general provisions. Where sports rules are silent, the general rules apply.
Alpine Skiing
- Settlements are based on the official result published by the governing body. Outright selections remain valued as runners regardless of whether the participant competes; non-participation results in a loss for that selection. If a competitor is disqualified during the event, the selection is deemed a loss. If the event is abandoned and no official winner is declared, the event is void. Dead heat rules apply to tied results.
American Football
- All markets settle on the official result at the end of the scheduled regular time unless the market specifies otherwise. Overtime does not count unless explicitly stated. If a result is unavailable, the market may be void after 48 hours.
- Settlement bases: Official statistics determine player-specific markets; if a player does not participate, the related bets are void. Yards, yards gained after penalties, or other play-by-play events may be excluded from settlement unless the market specifies inclusion.
- In-game disruptions: If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are void unless the event resumes within the active weekly schedule and an official winner is subsequently declared.
- Outright and other markets: Markets such as team to win the regular season or playoffs are settled based on the event’s final official outcome, subject to any exclusions stated in market definitions.
Athletics
- Settlements follow the official governing body results. Non-participation results in a loss for Outright selections. Disqualification results in a loss. Abandonment without an official winner renders the event void. Dead heat rules apply to relevant markets.
Aussie Rules Football
- Markets settle on the official end result of the scheduled 80 minutes of play, including any stoppage time attributable to regular play but excluding extra time. If a fixture is postponed/abandoned and resumed within 48 hours with an official winner, bets stand; otherwise, open markets may be voided.
- First Half markets refer to Quarters 1–2, Second Half to Quarters 3–4. Grand Final results and Finals Series statistics are settled on official outcomes, with dead heat rules applying where indicated.
Badminton
- Events settle on the official result from the governing body. If game coverage is interrupted and no result is published, undecided markets are void. In the event of postponement or abandonment, bets remain valid only if the event resumes and completes within 48 hours; otherwise, they are void.
Bandy
- General betting rules apply. No separate sport-specific rules are provided beyond standard settlement and void criteria.
Baseball
- Baseball matches are typically scheduled for nine innings; some games may be shorter or longer due to weather or ties; official results govern settlements. Markets may require the full number of scheduled innings to be played for settlement, with extra innings considered official if the game extends beyond the standard length. Markets include: 1X2 (Winner), Winning Margin (incl. extra innings), Handicap, Total (incl. extra innings), Odd/Even, and Race to x runs (incl. extra innings), among others as described in market definitions. If the game is not played to the scheduled innings, the market may be voided unless it is specified to stand on an abbreviated format.
Account Eligibility and Responsible Gaming
All players must meet the platform’s eligibility criteria, including age verification and verification of identity, in accordance with applicable law. Rkgg maintains procedures to prevent money laundering and to comply with know-your-customer requirements. The company reserves the right to block or limit accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with these terms.
